Recondition of engine Perkins 1006-6T

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: cylinder block, main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, pistons with rings and cylinder liners. There appears new tappets. Oil system got new pump. Fuel system was equpied by reconditioned fuel pump, new injection pump and new injectors nozzles. Cooling system got new water pump. Finally reconditioned cylinder head was covered by brand new rocker lever cover.

We have also reconditioned: turbocharger, crancase and crankshaft was grinded.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
