Recondition of engine Deutz BF4M1012EC

 Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, piston with rings and oil pump. In fuel system were replaced fuel pump, UIPS and injectros nozzels. Cooling system got new water pump and thermostat with connector. New copupling set was mounted.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, cylinder block, conrods, cylinder head and turbocharger. At last whole engine got complete engine seals and filter sets. After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work
