A Cummins 4BTA3 engine overhaul was carried out in our company.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of main bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons and piston rings.
The fuel system received a regenerated injection pump and injectors. The camshaft and tappet cups were also replaced.
In addition, the following were regenerated: the head, crankshaft, connecting rods, engine block and starter.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets, filters and belts.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
