Every unit powering Atlas 1504 wheeled excavators or AR85 loaders undergoes rigorous load tests that simulate extreme field conditions. We load Deutz or Cummins units exactly as if they were working with a maximum loaded Linde HPR hydraulic pump during deep excavations. During the controlled break-in cycle, we monitor oil pressure, the cooling system, and Common Rail injection system parameters in real time.
