#2.How to deliver a pump for repair?
You have several options:
- Deliver it personally to our workshop.
- Send it by courier.
- After agreeing on the details, we can arrange courier transport.
If you are unable to disassemble the pump, our mobile service can come to you and perform this service. -
#3.What does the repair process look like?
- Dismantling and verification: after delivering the pump to the workshop, we dismantle it into parts and thoroughly verify any damages.
- Estimate and repair time: we prepare a detailed cost estimate and determine the expected completion time.
- Repair implementation: after your acceptance of the terms, we proceed with the repair.
- Testing and painting: after the repair is completed, we test the pump at the testing station.
- A positive test result means that the pump is ready and gets painted. -
#4.What does the offer include?
Our offer may include:
- An estimate for repairs using original parts (if available).
- An estimate for repairs using replacement parts.
- A proposal to purchase the same pump after repair from our warehouse (an alternative to repairing your pump).
- An offer to purchase a new device, if the particular model is in our warehouse. -
#5.How long does the repair of a hydraulic pump take?
Verification begins immediately after the pump is delivered.
You will receive an estimate for typical repairs within just a few hours.
The repair itself usually takes 3-5 business days. -
#6.How do we test hydraulic pumps?
After installation at the test station, the pump is subjected to loads simulating operation in a construction machine. We measure key parameters such as: pressure, flow, torque and oil temperature. We also check changes in efficiency with respect to pressure and the operation of the pump over a wide range of working temperatures. The full test lasts from 4 to 8 hours, depending on the type of pump.

We perform repairs, using original parts or proven substitutes. After repair, each pump is tested, and the results are documented in the form of a readable chart. Therefore, you receive a 6-month warranty for each repair. If you have any questions about installation or operation, you can use our free phone support.

Yes, you can cancel the repair after receiving the estimate without incurring any costs.
