A Liebherr D 9508 A7 engine overhaul was carried out in our company.
The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, as well as cylinder liners and pistons with rings. A regenerated fuel pump and injectors were installed in the fuel system. New oil pumps were installed in the lubrication system. In addition to the above, we also installed new thermostats, a flywheel ring gear, an intermediate wheel, rubber connectors and engine suspension elements, a clutch and main oil lines.
In addition, the following were regenerated: crankshaft, camshaft, connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbochargers, water pump, and starter and alternator.
Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters.
After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
