The next stage was a thorough cleaning of the remaining elements that were suitable for regeneration. It is very important to get rid of all impurities and deposits that could affect the quality of the pump after regeneration.
Proper preparation of the working surfaces guarantees precise assembly of individual pump elements.
We strive to ensure that the elements subjected to regeneration are restored to their factory parameters as much as possible and can be successfully used in further operation. Pump assembly
The next step in the repair of the hydraulic pump is the assembly of replaced and regenerated elements - accuracy is key here. All parts must be properly seated and assembled to prevent future failures and ensure the correct operation of the entire subassembly. Thanks to our warehouse resources, we were able to obtain the components corresponding to the DPVPO pump without unnecessary delay.

To fully confirm the effectiveness of the repair work carried out, the pump was sent to a diagnostic station, where it underwent a series of appropriate tests. After passing the entire test cycle, the pump was painted and secured for shipping.
