RETURNS
In accordance with applicable law, the return of goods is only available to Consumers who may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods without giving a reason.
The cost of the return shipment is on the side of the buyer. The goods should be intact, in the original packaging and with the proof of purchase.
Report a return
Fill in the online form and deliver the product to our store (in person or by courier). A printed version of the form is not required.
Return the goods

deliver the returned goods to a stationary Wibako store
Refund
The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of delivery, using the same payment method chosen by the Consumer at the time of purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

COMPLAINTS
If the ordered goods do not match the order - they are incomplete, do not work or are damaged, we provide a complaint form below.
Complaints are not accepted for goods with mechanical damage or damage resulting from lack or improper maintenance and use.

Wait for contact
The complaint will be processed within 14 days. Depending on the defect found, the item will be repaired, replaced, or the amount paid for the purchased product will be refunded.
