1. Where should I start?
Contact Łukasz, our diesel engine repair coordinator. You can call him at +48 33 870 42 15 or use the contact form.
-
2. How do I deliver engine for repair?
You can deliver the engine in person or send it via a courier company. We can also arrange for a courier to pick up the engine on a pallet from a specified location, and after the repair service is completed, the courier will deliver it back. If you do not have the necessary facilities, you can use our mobile service for disassembly/assembly.
-
3. How the process of renovation is performed?
The engine is completly disassembled into pieces and undergoes a detailed verification. We then prepare a cost estimate and determine the repair time. Once the client accepts the proposed terms, we proceed with the comprehensive repair—emphasizing that this is a complete overhaul, not just the repair of a single engine component. The repair is completed when the engine successfully passes tests on the engine dynamometer test stand. The final phase of the repair is painting the engine.
-
4. What will the offer include?
We always prepare multiple options, so depending on the availability of spare parts, you will receive either a quotation for repairs using original parts or a quotation using aftermarket parts. Additionally, we may offer an alternative: providing a similar engine from our stock after the repair, which can shorten the turnaround time.
-
5. How long may it take to repair the engine?
We will conduct the verification within 1-3 days after receiving the engine. You will receive a cost estimate for typical repairs on the next business day after the verification. The actual repair usually takes about 3-5 weeks.
-
6. How is the engine tested after repair?
On the engine dynamometer test stand, the engine is subjected to loads that simulate operation in construction machinery. We check the power and torque curves, coolant and oil temperatures, and monitor oil pressure relative to its temperature. We also evaluate the engine's performance changes under different loads. The entire test typically lasts between 12 to 24 hours, depending on the engine.
-
7. How can I be sure that the engine will work after repair?
Repairs are always carried out using high-quality parts, and assembly work is conducted according to the specific engine's specifications. After the repair, the engine is tested—details can be found in point 6. The test results are provided in the form of a graph, which allows us to offer a 12-month warranty on each repair. For any questions about assembly or operation, we encourage you to consult with our sales advisors by phone for expert advice.
-
8. Can I cancel the repair after receiving the estimate?
Yes, you can cancel the repair before accepting the offer.
-
9. How much will it cost to overhaul my engine?
The price depends on the engine model, its level of wear, and the extent of damage. Often, we can only provide an approximate price range based on the history of repairs we have previously completed.
