Repair of LPVD107 Hydraulic Pump

Repairing a hydraulic pump can be a complex process that requires proper technical skills and diagnostic expertise to accurately identify and fix the issue. The pistons were also in a similar state and were replaced with new ones. Additionally, the swash plate, ball, cylinder, bearings, and seals were found unsuitable for regeneration and were replaced. After replacing all critical components, they underwent grinding and finishing.

The final steps included cleaning and reassembling the pump. Subsequently, the repaired equipment underwent tests on a dynamometer to ensure proper functioning. We always test parameters such as pressure, power, torque, and flow/absorption. During such tests, we strive to replicate the conditions that occur in the machine during its natural operating rhythm. The model under discussion successfully passed the assigned test tasks and was ready for use.
