Recondition of engine Volvo D7E

We rebuilt the engine with following new repair kits containing liners, pistons, piston rings and pins with clips. Additionally, the main bearing shells, connecting rod bearing shells and bushings were installed from the scope of basic elements. New injectors and new high-pressure pumps were installed in the fuel system. The engine cooling system got a new water pump and a new thermostat. We have also replaced the worn oil pump with a new one. Camshaft bearings were replaced in the engine block - the camshaft itself was regenerated as well.

We have also regenerate following components: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger and engine starter.

The engine was assembled on a new set of seals, sealants and filters.

After the repair, the engine was checked and initially run-in on the engine dyno stand for proper running.
