Recondition of engine Volvo D7E

Engine rebuilding included was started by replace destroyed parts like engine block, crankshaft, camshaft with tappets. Then engine was assembled with new main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings. Fuel system got new injectors and high-pressure pumps. Cooling system was equiped by new thermostats and new water pump.

Oil pump was also replaced. Engine block has been reconditioned including replace of camshaft bushings in the process the camshaft was reconditioned as well.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbocharger and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for running and proper work.
