##### Liebherr D9406 engine after overhaul – ready-to-install unit

We offer a fully overhauled **Liebherr D9406** engine, prepared for installation as the power unit for an excavator, dumper, wheel loader or any other machine working in heavy-duty conditions. After the overhaul, the engine was assembled using new wear parts and consumables and tested on a **dynamometer**, confirming correct pressures, temperatures and power output.

###### Scope of work for the Liebherr D9406 engine overhaul

- **Mechanical overhaul** – replacement of cylinder liners, pistons, rings, bearings and the complete set of seals.
- **Cylinder heads and crankshaft** – machining and measurements, refurbishment or replacement of valves, guides and stem seals, inspection and machining of the crankshaft.
- **Fuel injection system** – injectors and injection pump overhauled or replaced, adjustment according to the manufacturer’s specification.
- **Lubrication and cooling system** – new pumps, inspection of oil and water passages, leak tests.
