## Description

Engine brake (retarder) for the Volvo TD73 engine, part numbers 478916, 466358 and 466276, weight 8.75 kg. An exhaust or engine brake restricts the flow of exhaust gas or increases engine resistance, helping to slow the vehicle on descents without loading the service brakes. The photo shows a round dark housing with a mounting flange and a ribbed cylindrical element with an actuator on the side. Used part. It fits Volvo TD73KCE and TD73 engines. Before ordering, compare the numbers, the flange size and the position of the connections with your own brake.

Fits: Engine Volvo TD73KCE, Engine Volvo TD73.

Part number: 478916/466358/466276. To be sure the part fits, compare the number on the nameplate or in the catalogue – or send us an enquiry with the part number or the machine (engine) serial number and we will confirm the fit.
