Recondition of engine Volvo TAD 650 VE

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: pistons with rings, main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings. Fuel system got new injectors, high pressure fuel pumps and fuel supply pump. Cooling system was equipped new water pump and thermostat.

There was also replace oil pump, camshaft with tappets, that were the one of reasons the engine failure.

Engine control unit and the wiring was also fixed.

We have also reconditioned: cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft, connecting rods, turbocharger, alternator and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for running and proper work.
