Recondition of engine Perkins 1004-40T

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: pistons with rings, main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors, fuel pump and new fuel supply pump. Cooling system was equipped new water pump and thermostat.

There was also replace oil pump, tappets, sensors, pistons nozzles.

We have also reconditioned: cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft, connecting rods, turbocharger.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for running and proper work.
