Recondition of engine Liebherr D9508 A7

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and connecting rods, cylinder liners and pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors fuel pump. Oil system was equipped by new oil pump and piston nozzles. In cooling system was instaled new water pump and thermostat.
There was also replaced camshaft and tappets.
We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, cylinder heads, turbochargers and starter.
At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set and engine wiring.
After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
