Recondition of engine Liebherr D9408

We have reconditioned in our workshop the engine of Liebherr D9408 – this engine comes from wheel crane Liebherr.

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with pins and rings. Fuel system got reconditioned fuel pump and injectors. Oil system was equipped by new oil pump and pistons nozzles valves. In cooling system was instaled new water pump and thermostat.
There was also replaced tappets and oil separator.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, camshaft, connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbocharger, air compressor, alternator and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filters.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
