Recondition of engine Liebherr D936L A7 DPF

Engine rebuilding began by replace damaged parts like engine block, crankshaft and oil cooler with housing. Then engine was assembled with new main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings. In the fuel system We had replaced injection pump and put new injectors in. Cooling system was equiped by new thermostats and reconditioned water pump.

Oil pump that was quite worn We replaced by the pump after revision. Engine block required to replace camshaft bushings in the process the camshaft was reconditioned as well.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbochargers, alternator and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for running and proper work.
