Recondition of engine Liebherr D936

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings with thrust washers, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with pins and rings. Fuel system got reconditioned fuel pumps and injectors. Oil system was equipped by new oil pump. In the cooling system was instaled new water pump and thermostats.
There was also replaced fan and flywheel bearings, belt tensioners, cylinder heads screws and the tappets.

We have also reconditioned: camshaft, connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbocharger, air compressor, alternator and starter. Crankshaft was polished.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filters.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
