Recondition of engine Liebherr D 934 L A6

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors and injection pumps. Cooling system was equiped by new thermostats and reconditioned water pump.

Oil pump that was quite worn We replaced by the pump after revision. Engine block required to replace camshaft bushings in the process the camshaft was reconditioned as well. We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbocharger and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
