Recondition of engine Komatsu SAA6D114E-1

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with pin and rings. Fuel system got reconditioned fuel pump, injectors and new priming pump. Oil system was equipped by new oil pump and replaced oil intake screen assembly . There was also replaced new water pump and thermostat, new turbocharger, new
camshaft.

We have also reconditioned: connecting rods, cylinder head and starter. The crankshaft required to be polished only.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
