Recondition of engine Komatsu SA6D114-E2

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors and fuel injection pump as well. Cooling system was equiped by new thermostats and new water pump.

Oil pump that was quite worn We replaced by the new one. Engine block required to replace camshaft bushings in the proces We’ve installed new camshaft. We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
