Recondition of engine Komatsu SA6D114-E2

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: cylinder block, crankshaft, connecting rods, main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings as well as cylinder liners and pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned fuel pump and injectors. Oil system was equipped by new oil pump. In cooling system was instaled new water pump and thermostat
There was also replaced camshaft and tappets.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
