Recondition of engine Deutz TCD7.8

Engine rebuilding was started by replace main components, such as main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings. Fuel system got new injectors and new high pressure pumps. Cooling system was equiped by new thermostats and reconditioned water pump.
Oil pump that was quite worn We replaced by the new one. Engine block required to replace camshaft bushings in the process the camshaft was reconditioned as well – new tappets set was also instaled.
We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger, alternator and starter.
At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.
After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for running and proper work.
