Recondition of engine Deutz TCD 7.8 L6

The engine overhaul included the replacement of the main bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, as well as cylinder liners and pistons with rings.

The engine head has undergone a thorough regeneration, in addition to the standard planning procedures, replacement of seals, machining of valves and seats and leakage tests, the replacement of the injector sleeves and all plugs was performed.

Reconditioned injectors and new high pressure pumps were installed in the fuel system. The engine cooling system received a regenerated water pump and new thermostats. Worn oil pump has been replaced with a new one. The camshaft bearings (in the engine block) have been replaced and the camshaft has been regenerated. The tappets were also replaced.

The elements responsible for the drive of the engine accessories were completely worn, so all the rollers, the tensioner and the ribbed belt were replaced with new elements.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, turbocharger, alternator and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
