Recondition of engine Deutz F4L912

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, pistons with rings and cylinders. Fuel system got reconditioned fuel pump and new injectors nozzles. There was also installed new airblower bearings set, new shut down coil, new belt tensioner and new oil pump.

We have also reconditioned: cylinder heads, crankshaft, connecting rods.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for running and proper work.
