Recondition of engine Deutz BF6M1015

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings and pins. Two connecting rods were raplaced. Fuel system got reconditioned fuel pump and injectors. Oil system was equipped by new oil pump. In cooling system was instaled new water pump and thermostat
There were also replaced tappets and additionaly reconditioned camshaft.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbocharger and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
