Recondition of engine Deutz BF6M1013

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings as well as pistons with rings. Fuel system got new fuel pumps, reconditioned injectors with fuel lines and new priming fuel pump. Oil system was equipped by new oil pump.
In addition to the above there was instaled new water pump and thermostat. There was also replaced camshaft and tappets.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, turbocharger, starter, generator.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
