Recondition of engine Deutz BF4M1013E

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors and new injection pumps. Cooling system was equiped by new water pump and thermostat.

Oil pump was replaced by the new one. Engine block required to replace camshaft bushings in the process the camshaft was reconditioned as well. We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
