Recondition of engine Deutz BF4M1013

The engine originally derived from a power generator has been modified for use in a construction machine in accordance to the customer's guidelines.
Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings and two connecting rods. Fuel system got reconditioned fuel pumps and injectors. Oil system was equipped by new oil pump and piston nozzles. In cooling system was instaled new water pump and thermostat
We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger and starter.
At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.
After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
