Recondition of engine D924 TI-E A2

The engine was assembled with new main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, cylinder liners, pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned injectors and injection pump. Cooling system was equiped by new thermostats and reconditioned water pump.

Oil pump that was bit worn so We replaced by the pump after revision. Engine block required to replace camshaft bushings in the process the camshaft was reconditioned as well.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbocharger and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
