Recondition of engine Cummins QSC8.3

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: cylinder block, main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, pistons with rings and cylinder liners. Fuel system was equpied by reconditioned fuel pump and injectors ass well as new fuel lines. Cooling system got new water pump and thermostat. Since now lube system has a new oil pump, turbocharger got new oil suply line. Engine electical wiring that was damaged before was properly fixed.

We have also reconditioned: connecting rods, turbocharger, cylinder head, compressor, alternator, starter and crankshaft.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
