Recondition of engine Cummins 4BTA3.9

The engine overhaul included the replacement of pistons with rings and pins, we also used new main bushings, bushings and connecting rod bushings. Reconditioned injectors and an injection pump were installed in the fuel system. The engine cooling system got a new water pump and a new thermostat. The worn oil pump has been replaced with a new one. The engine block has been oversized, the camshaft bearings have been replaced, and the camshaft was reconditioned.

Moreover, the following parts were regenerated: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger and starter.

Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets and filters. After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for running and proper work.
