Recondition of engine Caterpillar C6E

The engine overhaul began with an engine block oversizing operation. The next step was to assemble the engine on new sets of main bearings, bushings and connecting rods, as well as complete pistons with rings and pins. Reconditioned injectors and an injection pump were installed in the fuel system. The engine cooling system received a new water pump and a new thermostat with a housing. The worn oil pump has been replaced with a new one.

The engine was delivered to us with a coupling insert, which was quite worn out, and after the customer's decision, the element was replaced with a new one.

A tappets needed to be replaced, and the camshaft itself to be regenerated.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger, alternator and starter.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
