Recondition of engine Caterpillar C6.6

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings and a pistons with rings. Engine block was quite worn so it was reconditioned. Oil pump has been replaced by the new one. In the cooling system was installed new water pump and thermostat, then before the engine came back to engine bay, We've cleaned and inspected cooler.
There was also replaced camshaft and tappets as well as auxiliary belts with tensioners.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder head and turbocharger.

At last motor got a complete engine seals, filters set and engine wiring.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
