We have reconditioned in our company engine Liebherr D916 T mounted in wheel loader Liebherr L 551. The recondition included: grinding of crankshaft, recondition of cylinder heads, basic component replacement: pistons, bearings, gaskets. After mantling engine was tested on our test bench and we have made break-in of the engine.
We have reconditioned in our company engine Iveco F4GE9684E mounted in crawler excavator. The recondition included: change of crankshaft, cylinder head, basic component: pistons, bearings, gaskets. After mantling engine was on our test bench and made break-in of the engine.
We have finished repair of the main pump for JCB wheel excavator. In the pump have been replaced both rotary groups and two swash plates with supports.
From now on we can make video from our dyno tests. The video includes video of engine working and real time clocks with parameters: horse power, torque, speed, oil pressure and temperature. This way of visualisation gives more insight and simplify analysis of engine.
We have reconditioned engine Komatsu SA6D107 mounted in wheel loader Komatsu WA380-6. The recondition included: change of crankshaft, basic component: piston, bearing, gaskets, recondition of fuel system and turbocharger. After mantling we have checked engine on our test bench and made break-in of the engine.
Within two days we have made replacement of diesel engine in crusher Extec C10. We have removed old engine Deutz BF6M1013 from crusher, reconfigured one from our stock to match customer machine and than mounted it back into crusher.
We have finished the repair of the drive pump and assembled it to the Volvo wheel loader. In the machine we have made review of all hydraulic system components also we have changed oil and filter.
