# Liebherr D926 TI-E A4 Engine Overhaul

> Discover the comprehensive engine overhaul of the Liebherr D926 TI-E A4 carried out by our company. The process included replacement of various components, regeneration of key parts, and final assembly on a new set of seals, gaskets, filters, and belts. Post-repair, the engine was thoroughly checked and preliminarily run-in on our workshop's engine dynamometer.

### An engine overhaul of the Liebherr D926 TI-E A4 was carried out in our company.

The engine overhaul included, among other things, the replacement of crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings and bushings, pistons and piston rings, as well as the replacement of cylinder liners.

The fuel system received a regenerated injection pump and new injector tips. The camshaft, pushrod cups and one of the heads were also replaced.

In addition, the following were regenerated: heads, crankshaft, connecting rods, compressor and starter.

Finally, the engine was assembled on a new set of seals, gaskets, filters and belts.

After the repair, the engine was checked and preliminarily run-in on the engine dynamometer in our workshop.
