Recondition of long block Volvo D7E GAE3

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, piston with rings and cylinder liners. Pushing rods also were replaced.

We have also reconditioned: cylinder block, camshaft, conrods, oil pump and cylinder head. At last whole engine got complete engine seals set.
