Recondition of engine Volvo TD122

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: engine block, main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, piston rings and cylinder liners. Fuel system got new injector nozzles. There was also installed new water pump.

We have also reconditioned: fuel pump, cylinder heads, crankshaft, camshaft and turbocharger.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for running and proper work.
