Recondition of engine Perkins 1004-40T

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: cylinder block, main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings as well as pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned fuel pump, injectors and new fuel supply pump. Oil system was equipped by new oil pump, pistons cooling nozzles and oil sensor. In addition to the above there was replaced by new: camshaft, tappets, coupling and water pump.

We have also reconditioned: connecting rods, cylinder head, turbocharger, starter, generator and a cylinder block.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
