Recondition of engine Mercedes OM 422

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, pistons with rings and cylinder liners, there was also instales new tappets set. Cooling system got new pump. Fuel system was equiped by new injectors nozzles.

We have also reconditioned: connecting rods, camshaft and cylinder heads. Crankshaft was grinded.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
