Recondition of engine Liebherr D9308

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings and camshaft bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, pistons with rings and cylinder liners. In fuel system were mounted new injectors nozzels. There was also installed coil for flame glow plugs system. Cooling system got new thermostat and reconditioned water pump.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, fuel pump, cylinder heads, turbochargers, starter and alternator.

At last whole engine got complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
