Recondition of engine Liebherr D924 TI-E A2

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: engine block, main bearings, camshaft bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, piston rings and cylinder liners. Fuel system got reconditioned fuel pump and new injector nozzles. There was also installed renewed water pump.

We have also reconditioned: cylinder heads, crankshaft, connecting rods, turbocharger, starter and alternator.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for running and proper work.
