Recondition of engine Liebherr D 9508 A7

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings as well as cylinder liners and pistons with rings. Fuel system got reconditioned fuel pump and injectors. Oil system was equipped by new oil pumps. In addition to the above there was instaled new thermostats, flywheel toothring, intermediate gear, rubber joints and engine mountings, coupling and oil main lines.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, camshaft, connecting rods, cylinder heads, turbochargers, waterpump, starter and generator.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
