Recondition of engine Deutz BF6M1013E

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings, pistons with rings and cylinder liners. In fuel system were mounted new injectors nozzels and fuel pumps. Cooling system got renew water pump and new thermostat. At last oil system was rebuild on the new oil pump base with piston cooling nozzles

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, cylinder head and turbocharger.

At last whole engine got complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
