Recondition of engine Caterpillar 3406c

Recondition of this unit was started by replace following parts: main bearings, conrod's bearings and bushings as well as cylinder liners and pistons with rings. Fuel system got new injectors with fuel lines and new priming fuel pump. Oil system was equipped by new oil pump.
In addition to the above there was instaled renew water pump new thermostats and new tappets. There was also replaced camshaft and intermediate gear.

We have also reconditioned: crankshaft, connecting rods, turbocharger, starter, generator.

Cylinder head was compleately rebuild based on new parts set.

At last motor got a complete engine seals and filter sets.

After engine assembly the unit was tested on our test bench for runing and proper work.
